This hotel is housed in one of the most classical buildings in the centre of Barcelona. It was built in 1883, and has been classified as a historical building by the department of tourism. Preserving its classical style, it was opened as a hotel a few years ago incorporating all the services and facilities of a truly modern hotel.
The entrance is adorned by two iron lion statues resting on marble bases. The main door leads to the reception, located in a medium sized marble foyer furnished with a mixture of both classical and modern elements. On the left hand side, there is a beautiful staircase.
The hotel also has a lovely terrace, an ideal place to relax and enjoy a drink and also has spacious meeting rooms, which are ideal for holding any type of function.
